How to Place Your Order
Step One:
Which country are you ordering from?
Orders on this website
can be processed for USA and Canadian addresses. For other
countries, please
email
first
to ensure delivery is possible and to check postal rates.
Step Two: How to place your order:
1) Orders can be placed directly
through the shopping cart - just click on the 'order' buttons
underneath the images of the cards you wish to purchase.
You can change your choices and quantities at any time.
2) You

Step
Three: What payment options are available?
1) You can pay by credit card,
cash or e-check via the shopping
cart. This is the fastest method if you need your cards
or crackers in a hurry.
2)
You can fax
your credit card information with your order please ensure you
have the following information available. If you prefer to give
me your credit card information by phone,
please email first.
- The
name under which your credit card is registered.
- Your credit card billing address
- Your credit card number, security code and expiry date.
- Your phone number
- Your Email address
3) I
can email a payment request
from Paypal (a secure credit card transaction site owned
by Ebay) so that you can use your credit card on-line
4)
You
can send a check/cheque to
the following address. Please make the cheque payable to Gillian
McCrostie.

Although
I can accept your business or personal check there is a hold
for 30 BUSINESS DAYS if the cheque is from the USA - 10 BUSINESS
DAYS if the cheque is drawn on a Canadian bank. So please mail
your cheque well in advance.
4) Canadian customers can also pay by emailed bank transfer.
Some credit unions also make this option available.
Additional Ordering Information:
Christmas
and Hanukkah cracker orders
will be shipped out beginning November
15th on a first come, first served basis. If your requirements
are urgent, please note the information in the shopping cart.
Thanksgiving
orders placed after November 7th and before November
14th can be sent XpressPost only to ensure timely delivery.
Extra charges will apply. The rate will depend on the location
of the receiver. After November 5th, please
email before
placing a Thanksgiving order. No Thanksgiving orders will be
filled after November 12th.
Other
non-holiday deliveries are shipped every Friday. Orders
go out the Friday after payment has been cleared unless otherwise
notified.
All orders are shipped regular post. Expedited
orders are shipped regular Express Post. Shipping charges are
automatically added to each order.
Expedited/
XpressPost packages incur extra charges. This service
is available at the written request of the customer.
