Cracker Terms:

Requirements: 
1) Lead Time: We require a minimum of 4 weeks for most "Easy Order" or "Design Your Own" CrackerLITES orders of 2500 or less crackers. For larger orders, please enquire about timing. NOTE: Between August 15th and January 25th, we require additional lead time.
2) Colour preferences for logo must be matched to the PMS chart with artwork emailed in jpg, png or psd form (minimum 100 dpi) or original (hardcopy) artwork forwarded to us via courier/mail.


Payment: 
1) Orders of less than 2,500 crackers are payable 100% in advance
2) Orders of 2,500 or more crackers are payable 60% in advance. Orders will be released for shipping when balance has been received/cleared. In shopping cart, under "Payment Options", choose "For GC Admin Only". You will be sent a 60% payment request via email.
3) No cancellations are permitted for custom orders. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure that colour matches, text, logo, designs are accurantely submitted.


Discounts: 
9) A 1.5% discount is available for all orders paid via bank Interac (Canadian paid orders only).

To apply discount, enter the following in the shopping cart voucher box:  interac   and press 're-calculate'
- Under Payment Options, choose "For GC Admin Only"

Shipping: 
1) Shipping is Extra and billed on shipping day. It must be paid in full before boxes will be released for delivery..
2) Shipping issues: Late shipping or shipping damages must be taken up directly with the carrier concerned. If desired, additional shipping insurance can be purchased.
3) We ship orders of 2,500 or less anywhere in North Amercia. Orders over 2,500 are usually available for shipping to Canadian addresses only.
4) We ship ONLY via the post office. Canadian customers may arrange for courier pick up if they choose. We ship only via postal service to the USA and elsewhere around the world.


Greeting Card Terms:

1) All orders are payable 100% in advance.



Shipping:
 
1) Shipping is Extra. Courier can be arranged by customer OR we ship via Canada Post.
2) We ship greeting cards to almost anywhere in the world.
